FUSION BETWEEN 3S Photonics AND MANLIGHT  : 3S Photonics, owner of 100% shares of Manlight since Nov, 22 2011, has decided to make the fusion between two companies by absorption. This will simplify and rationalize the 3SP Group organization and will create synergies within the group.
