Markus is the VP of Operations at Manlight. Markus has a broad knowledge of optical fibre amplifiers with engineering, sales and marketing experience from leading optical component manufacturers. Prior joining Manlight, Markus was the Business Unit Manager for Highwave Optical Technologies. Markus Ojutkangas was, before he joined Highwave, responsible for the amplifier group at Northlight Optronics AB, a spin-off from Ericsson Optoelectronics. Before Northlight Markus held the position as a Product Manager and a design engineer at Ericsson Optoelectronics where he was involved in product development from the initial specification stage to product launch
